Description
One of the most popular dish of the colder regions of Asia. Ground beef mixed with a blend of spices, that is flattened into patties and cooked until the exterior is charred, flavorful and tender. Larger than the average kebab. The inclusion of dried pomegranate seeds is very characteristic of Chapli Kebabs. It gives the kebabs a tang and crunch. Also containing coarsely ground coriander seeds – it’s something that provides some crunch to it like the pomegranate seeds.
