Description

This particular dish is as light as it goes. A tomato-based but not with thick tomato gravy. The only spice that goes into this flavorful dish is black pepper. Garlic and green chillies gives the robust taste. Tomatoes thicken the gravy and a little bit of ginger gives that nice earthy hit.
